Joy
(For the Joy set before Him)
Joy transcendent
Above our planet’s face
Transfixed it rises
Reaching upper space
Seeking its one true home.
Coming from a
Higher source
It is not satisfied
Until it has finished,
Run its committed course.
Promised in angel’s
Whispers
Sought by ancient
Prophets’ words
Looking to occur
In whomever will
Take the time
Learn to listen to
Heaven’s wishes
And smallest sighs.
A Savior exposed your
Greatest power
Enduring a cruel cross
To show your face
In his darkest hour
For your sake he
Endured a painful death
Making sure not one,
No single child
Would ever be left
Not seeing, not knowing
Your saving Grace.
For you, Joy, He
Remained on a path
of a criminal’s shame
yet transcending still
toward His Father’s Face.
This is beautiful and uplifting. In these days it’s important to remember that “the joy of the Lord is our strength.” A great price was paid for us to walk in this precious, mighty joy, and I’m so grateful. Thank you for sharing, and Blessings!

Thank you for your comment. I don’t think we can truly understand just exactly what Christ gave up when He came to earth as a man, but Praise God that He did!!

An outstanding share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a coworker who
had been doing a little research on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast due to the fact
that I stumbled upon it for him… lol. So let
me reword this…. Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanx for spending
the time to discuss this topic here on your web site.
P.S. If you have a minute, would love your feedback
on my new website re-design. You can find it by searching for “royal cbd”
– no sweat if you can’t.
Keep up the good work!
