Loving Savior
On a throne
Promising me
A forever home

At the end of time
When I see your return
Of obedience by then
For me to learn

Hours before your death
You intertwined within
Your last breath
Love and obedience

For my sake
You stated if I love you
I would obey you
This was done always
To recreate, make me anew

A sign of my love
until Time’s end will be
To follow and obey
You and your Father’s
Words if a final victory
I desire to see

Before your Holy Throne

A new heaven and earth
Eternity will be shown

Darkness follows
Behind his back
His every step
Reeks of pain

Vapors of
Destruction
Waves of chaos
Fluctuate in his wake

SATAN is his
Name,
Death not life
Is the game
He plays with us.

Deceit and Delusion
His greatest weapons
To delude you into
Thinking he does
Not now or ever have
existed

Nor demons nor
Hell
Nor angels, nor
Heaven
Not Christ or
God Himself

Do not allow him
To wrap
His dark fingers
Around your
Neck

If he tries, unwrap
Them
With the truth and
Power of
The Only Name

of JESUS of
Nazareth
Born of a human
Virgin but
Not of a man

a SAVIOR on a
cross
whose perfect love,
life and death
saved you

from the deceiver,
liar, murderer
Satan
He does not wish
To you to give
A small bruise
But to rip, tear
You, your dear ones,
To shreds

Only the sweet name
Of Christ
Will save from the
Death the
Deceiver brings

So, do not follow
Let him drag
You
With him
Into the fiery,
Burning lake of
Sulphur
From which
there will be
No Return

Battle trumpets blare
Blasting out the warning
He is coming, He is coming
The LORD is here,
HE is here!

His world obeys his call
Rejoicing in his presence
Trees sing, the lion pauses
In his hunt
Rocks leap from the ground
In joy!

Mighty angels
Fall to earth
Shaking the ground
at each step
GOD has arrived
Our Warrior is here!

The ancient enemy
Of man
Satan
Will be defeated for
All infinity!

The battle rages on
And on
It still rages even
Today
Will you not join
God’s army?

Abounding in love,
Mercy, forgiveness
His POWER
Protects even today!

Do not sway,
Do not fear
GOD is
Always near
Closer than any brother.

Strange it may seem
That it may be
Possible to fight and
Enter GOD’s rest
As you struggle.

HE will always be
At your side
To teach, encourage
And guide
Never leaving all HE
LOVES!

Earth melts from

Patience
Is all we know of
Your salvation

Do not harden

Angels await to

Held between
Your face and
dark demons
I wait
My only release
the joy on Your Face.

And so, others they come,
Only a trickle through time
But still they come
And I wait
By your side
Hoping this tide
Will turn and more will
Come.

My enabler, empowered
Master, God and Noble King,
Waiting for Others to follow
And to come.
I know,
But still this waiting chafes against
My skin.

Silken Robes
Dipped in blood
Blowing in eternity’s
Faithful winds
Passing through
This present today
As I sit entrapped
Within my space and time

Soft & smooth
Blowing across my face
Sent to caress
Dipped in a blood-red grace
Meant to end forever
My shame and disgrace.

Heaven’s gracious light
Pouring over the world
Coursing in the fluid of His life
Cleansing man’s darkest stains
Uncaring how steep the price
& thinking only of our gain.

So, with scarlet red drops
dripping everywhere
Christ gathers us back
Into Heaven’s rarest of airs
Bringing each together
Back to love’s warm embrace
found uniquely and only
Within the Glory and Grace
Glowing forth from the face
Of our Heaven’s Faithful Father.

Silken Robes

Silken Robes
Dipped in blood
Blowing in eternity’s
Perpetual, faithful winds
Passing by
Flowing through
The present today
I sit entrapped
Within my space and time

Always moving
Searching, never still
Gathering, finding
Loving
In your Today
Won’t you please listen.

Touch His robe
And see
A different way to
Live and be
New life on display
Giving always of
This, His Eternal Today

Do not wait
Our Today will not
Always be
Chances come
And then they go
Do not miss
Your moment’s chance
To see and be
Your small part
Of Christ’s always heavenly glow
