Sparkle and shine
Sparkle and shine
You Dear God
Before our eyes
Throughout all
The endlessness
Nowness
Of eternity’s times
Its might waves
They fall then crest
As I watch and sigh

Your beautiful, wonderful face
Overflowing
Purity’s incomprehensible grace
Such glorious light brings
Moistness to my eye
And on my cheek
Where joy and gratitude
Come to meet

So sparkle and shine
Sparkle and shine
Dear God
Fill my heart
My soul
Chase all darkness
From my mind
Forever and forever
Through all of my
Earthly tumultuous times!!

TIRED

I'm tired of the physical
Aren't you?
Trapped down here
For I am a spirit
A heavenly voice
Does call
Can you not hear it?
Ah,
These emotions
At times
So disparate!

Wanting to cling tightly
To life down here
I shed a tear
Then sets in also
The fear
I start a prayer
Seeking your peace

At first 
I feel no response
Then
Your Holy Presence
Enters the room
To give a first hand taste
Of your beautiful face
Your powerful, Holy Grace
Overwhelming love
Reminding me of a better way
Yours of course
And
Another place

Do not fear
Little one
Do not fear
For I am always
Right here
Within every heartbeat
Heaven's open gates
Await

Pain here so temporary
Nothing except I AM
Is permanent
For on my strong shoulders
Rests all of
Eternity's Government
So follow me
Just stay strong, 
Stay true
And soon, so soon
Will I carry you through
A new world, new life
New wonders
And 
Where resides
Only
Our Father's Holy Light!

Before it's too late
Lest you are devoured
By hell's dark
Horrifically
All-consuming gates

Repent, Repent
Before it's your last chance
To receive your last glance
Of Christ's redeeming
Open arms

Repent, Repent
Tomorrow is not guaranteed
Here, NOW
This heartbeat
Will it be hell's painful, burning gates
(remember, you still have a choice)
Or the unending light
Of Heaven's eternal joys!!

Oh, I pray
For a great awakening
As in the time of
George Whitfield
Those fiery days
A world's revival
To stave off, undo
Any apostasy
Which without You
Lord Christ
Is a world lost 
In its own 
Dark destiny

On this holy weekend
May we be reminded
Over and over
Again and again
How with Your
Glorious Sacrifice
You came our souls
To win
To pull us up out of
Our deep depraved 
And abyss-destined sin
So in this season
of our TODAY
(these words I love to say)
May Your Heaven's Gates
Be flung open
Forever, ever, ever
Never to come to any end!

God In The Flesh!

Can you imagine
Sitting
Looking 
At God In the flesh
For any human
Such a weighty test

Always on this world
Will there be unrest
With each other
Heaven and hell
Are not compatible
This issue 
Well,
It's not even debatable

So around a last supper's
Table
Sat an entire planet's
Only Savior
Getting ready freely
His Life's Blood
To shed
As soon His fleshly shell
Would temporarily be cold
Unmoving
Dead

So do not miss the purpose
Of Christ’s death
Heaven's greatest sacrifice
It's purchase
Meant only to serve us
Bought us back
From our rebellion
In satan's hand
We had put a weapon
For our own destruction

Christ's blood stopped 
Evil's rampage
And Heaven's gates
Swung wide
To God's mercy
Opened forever
At last for man
Was there 
A strong, connecting tether
To His perfection’s love
And complete forgiveness!
