With your fire, God
Your nevers

Greatest among Your truths

Reaching fiery fingers
Into my almost empty shell
Feeling of little worth to tell
You energized my heart
At first,
Only a smallest flame
To start
That almost obliterated light
My innermost soul
Satan's long fingers so dark & cold
Fought to destroy
Even from my very first days
Those days of long ago
But your Spirit's fiery love
Brought a powerful new light
On wings of your peace-filled dove
Carrying a power eternal
Also to one so frail, Your might
And as I stand today filled
Trying to carry your beauty's will
That satan will be defeated
As Your love within our hearts
We're keeping
All the pains, the sorrows,
All the weepings
Your Spirit's fire at last will thrust
Deep into hell’s darkness
Blissfully, Eternally away from us!!!

And God Jesus

He does give free will

With which side
Yourself you wish to fill
On one side,
A broken world'schaos
So lost
Or on the other
A beauty so RICH
Fit only for a king
Who for your sake
Was willing to
Pay the heavy cost
So, spend your time
In a way most wise
One side renders for you
Only a dark demise
Or step over
TO THE OTHER SIDE
Offering Infinity's Bright Lights
To live, explore forever among
God's Heavenly Heights!!

Imagine. . .
This large open plain
A massive battlefield
Where today in another war
Many demons yet might I
Still be forced to kill
Thick helmet on my head
Chain metal on my chest
Finally I step forward
Serving my Master’s undying quest
To bring home the lost
A great dark enemy’s army
Gathers in this earthly field
Hoping to devour
And my most precious faith
Longing to at last kill
But we have a Living, Risen KING!
Upon our dusty clay
Did He with human feet
Sleep, cry and trod
This our Holy, Beautiful,
ALMIGHTY GOD!
So take heart
The battle is not over
Onward it still rages
As written within
A Holy Book’s eternal pages
And for us the best of news?
God wins, Christ wins
His Spirit all evil will subdue
And if you so choose
Saving us, I, we and you!!

Such a concise word
In my heart and mind
within me does it stir
a feeling of emptiness,
Of beauty, warmth, wholeness
Completely do I now feel disinclined
Until I look upward
Toward Your heaven
And I receive this new impression
Glancing ever more boldly
Sensing that to me you are trying
To teach a new lesson
Then
I hear from your own lips
That word
‘Nothing’
God, You begin to speak
Nothing
On my beautiful
Green planet
Will satisfy you completely
Within these words
Fully do I hope you will believe me
No amount of money,
Power, sex, fame or any other pleasure
Please, please do not make
Of any of these such a tremendous
Overwhelming Treasure
You were not designed
To be made whole, complete
With any of such as these
Only within me, Your loving Father God
Were you made to fill complete and filled
All those others are only cheaper, temporary thrills
So
Nothing
I repeat
Nothing
Except My Loving Presence
Will ever meet the needs and
Complete your spirit’s holy, core essence!
