Not OK

On our own,
We are not OK
In our own power
Not for one second,
Or one hour
Will we ever be

Salvation, redemption

Only by the blinding light
From above
Drenched in eternity’s love
Can the dark in us 
Ever be overcome
Only HIS SPIRIT can we trust
To do that job

We are too weak
From sin
Only in prayer
On our knees 
Will we win 
Any battle with
the satan

SO KILL OFF
THE OLD SELF
If you truly wish to see
That transformation
Only Christ can bring
So allowed you will be
With true Joy to say 
‘It is not I that lives
But Christ that lives in me!’
