What would cause
A god
Of any kind
Rich, wealthy
Most sublime
To step
From His perfection’s
Heaven
To literally
Slum
With us?
This was no impulse
Done with intent
A driven purpose
Such a love
Beyond robust!
So this is the miracle
For us!
That one so
Wondrous
Of beauty,
Power
Would step
Down
To save us
From a most dreadful
Hour
For without this
Miracle
Only a place most
Terrible
Awaited
So do not
Hesitate
Accept what
Christ
Longs to give
A better
Fate
Life
With His
