Rainbows, bright

This light, enwreathed

Around your head,

So thick,

upon your face

Sometimes only with

Difficulty can I trace

The smile of your lips

 

This great gift

You give

This life,

Our existence,

The breathing

In and out

Of You

 

A Spirit so ancient

So Holy

Wishes to dwell

Within your heart

This explosion

Of joy!

Giving to each &

all a complete, Fresh Start

to Life

 

Receive Him in

let Him retell your story

Do not reject

God’s living, eternal Glory!

 

At Last!

Swept up

As You pass

In a love

That will last

Beyond the

Moon’s light

 

Orphaned,

Cold, alone

In darkness I sat

Then You smiled

On a lost child

 

Found at last

Taken into

Your forever home

Where only

Eternal love is shown,

 

Radiating

Off your face

I run, in haste

Why do not all people

Literally chase

After You?

 

For the answer

To this

I have not the slightest

Clue

Why all men do not

Literally stumble,

Tumble over each other

To reach the bottom

Of your throne
