Death A word we Have all Come to fear For loved ones it Can most certainly bring forth their tears
But It was conquered Praise You, Lord God Lord Jesus For setting up Your plan To save the only One in your image Created Your man!
Saved by The Prince of Peace On an agonizing cross He suffered, died As His friends, mother They saw and all did weep But did it only for us all Our eternal souls To keep
So today while you Still have the chance Remember Christ’s Holy Glory The agony He endured Only to insure That you too could step Out of satan’s pit of hell Emptied out of your own Grave Now it’s your time to turn And of his death, Resurrection others to tell So they also may rejoice With one rising crescendo’s Voice To praise God the Father for The Son’s rise On that ancient but Most Glorious Easter morning!!
This DayThis day is
The culmination
Of all of man's history
A day so blistering
It stands out as no other
The day when our
One & Only God
Died for us
Took our place
On that cruel cross
His perfection
His perfectly pure blood
Covered our impurity
Marking that day
Most assuredly
The most important day
(For us)
Since our creation
The one that provided satiation
For all our sin's dark deviations
Easter’s Tree
Easter’s tree
Sat on a hill
Of death & blood
But not even
satan’s evil
Could stop the
scarlet flood
Of God’s forceful love
From showing on
That day
Formed as he was
Like us,
of the clay
Still was He
God’s seed,
His Only Son
On that day
That wooden tree
Was transformed
For all to see
The flowering of
God’s heart
So from the start
For us, that tree
Remains our life’s Victory!!
John 3: 16 – 19For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of the light because their deeds were evil.
