Miracle of the universe
My spirit, soul 
After you only
Does it desire
Does it thirst
Nothing, no one brings
The joy, wonder, love
Beauty, uplifting wings
To my Life
That You do!

Praise You, Yahweh,
Holy God!!!

Over
Praise You,
Holy King
Only for now
Are You unseen
But in my soul
Are You securely known
My heart rejoices, leaps
In my chest at the thought
Of You eternally on 
YOUR GLORY'S GOLDEN THRONE!!!

His Words!


His Words!

I may have nothing left
But only whispered prayers
Solitary
Receiving glancing stares
Still somehow
I move forward

Tediously,
One foot in front
Of the other
I feel the words
Behind my back
As they gather
Outloud and/or
In the silence

Satan
Demons
Their cloud forms
But,
Words can crush
A soul,
You know

Yet
Another cloud
Rolls down
From above
Made only of 
Pure light
Cleared for
Human sight
If you desire
To see

I clap my hands
In glee
In joy run forth
Christ steps
Out
To walk His
Usual course

With only one smile
Raises his hands
Words from between
His fingers fall
To water all
Earth’s dry, parched
Corrupted lands
Bringing New Life!

So follow His
Brightened,
Light-filled words
Glistening on
The path ahead
To find your
Holy God
And you will
Have done your duty
Fulfilled your sacred job!!

Onto The Streets


Onto The Street


He went out
onto the streets
For it was always His
Original Intention
The lost to save and to seek

Sure, in temple courts
He did indeed also teach
But let it be known
That Christ also
Walked the streets
Where the lost, the blind,
The lame
Were never beyond his reach

So take Him out there
For church walls cannot
Will not
Were never meant to contain,
Our King of Glory
It's always the same story
Remember,
Man-made walls were
Never made His words
To imprison
Death could not stop
His Strength, Love or Grace
For Jesus is alive
His has eternally arisen!!!

Screaming


Screaming

A world screaming
In my ears
Loudly,
Systematically
A world
In love with
Itself

Evil, crude
Carousing
Capable of
Many fierce desires
Arousing

Until
That light
Comes pulsating
Gently pushing into your life
At first maybe small
Then larger
Of tension
Most rife

At odds with
A world's narcissistic
Evil
Christ steps
Sometimes roars
Against
Those strange dark 
Messages
Around your heart
Voraciously they soar

So,
Tune out the
Broken world
Tune in Christ
His brighter
More benevolent light
Follow His 
Gentle more Holy path
And fall back into
His wonderful, less selfish
Loving Eternal Grasp!!

Never Land!


Never Land

Do you realize that like
In the children’s story
We all live in a
Never land
Which promises us forever!

Never will I leave you
Never will I forsake you
Says He
These words for all eternity
May we all believe
God sits on His eternal throne
Never trying to hide its
Warm Golden glow

And here’s another never for you
These words in your heart may they
Ring oh so true
No one ever, ever
May I say again NEVER
Is out of His HOLY, DIVINE PRESENSE

On a planet do we live
Always at His throne’s foot
Does it spin
Promising eternity’s life
For all who dare to truly love Him
I pray all could be conscious daily
Of His GLORY, POWER, AUTHORITY
And His warm, loving oversight!!

The Reach!



The Reach

You had to reach down
So very, very low
Because
At times life to us can deliver
Exceedingly cruel blows
AH!!
But the joy at seeing your face
Come to save(as always)
I reach up
Your hands full of 
Your overflowing grace!

So hold your breath
Get ready
Christ remains always ever steady
Dependable, ALMIGHTY
Wait and you will see
Your Refuge, our Rock
Our Creator LORD
He will enable all believers
In Him once again to soar
Above this world's chaos
That dark slimy pit
Pain, suffering and loss
Even though it may come
For you at a tremendous cost

But you can rely upon HIM
To eternally win
Our Immortal souls,
Us in His forever love to keep
As in His Paradise we all together
Dance joyfully in the
Light-filled Glory at His Feet!!

Praise You
Lord Jesus
