I Love

I Love

I love Jesus of Nazareth
Why you ask
Because,
Orphaned as I was,
Alone only He
Performed the task
Chose to love me
When no other’s love
Could I feel or see

So out loud I try to say
His Name
In the chaos of each, my days,
In the midst
Of all the scoffers
I only wished
I had said His Name
Even more often

Such a joy does it carry
I hope never to grow weary
The saying of this Beauty,
His Name,
JESUS

Just to hear the sound
So by that speaking
May His grace
More & more abound
To each & all my sisters
& my brothers!

Just in Time for Christmas Giving-New Childrens Book

On a cold, wintry Christmas Eve, a decoration in the shape of an angel hangs on the most beautiful Christmas tree in town, the tree in the large city park. Even though the same snowy white as the other angels, she is made fun of for the too small, misshapen size of her wings, but only she has enough kindness in her heart to want to help two unhappy children who pass by her tree. Because of her wish to be able to help the children, she is given the power to fly by a special Christmas star.

She suffers through many dangers in order to help the two children and their mother have a merrier, better Christmas than they would have had without her kindness. For her courage, love and compassion, she is given a final reward as the sun rises over a new Christmas Day in the city.

Have a blessed day! Praise God!

To Enlarge!

To Enlarge

Enlarge my ears
So I may hear
Your message
So much more clear
But not just for me
But so that others
May also see
Your Glory!

Enlarge also their ears
So You may stretch
Their ‘hearts’
For all our spirits need
A fresh, new start

Please save us
Since you love us
This most earnestly
I pray
Each, Every Day
For You, Dear Christ,
In your power, might
To stop all this vicious decay
Around us!!!

At Night!

At Night

At night
I dream of your face
Hardly daring to believe
You would give me
This taste
Of You
Your Beauty
Overwhelming Power
Completed Purity

Such intimacy with one
Such as You
More than I, mere man,
Can ever comprehend
I pray never will it end
Praise You, Lord God,
Praise You

In golden splendor
You arrive
Settling somewhere above,
Between,
All my why’s
To Be
As You Will Be
So,
I tremble on my knees
Gratitude
Contained in tears, it falls

Again,
 I tremble at your call,
But I dare not
Do not wish to resist
For this I live & breathe
Waiting, I cannot fully
Conceive
This future hope
Of your Magnificent Eternity!!

The Loudest Shout!

The Loudest Shout!

The loudest shout ever heard
Around the world
In desperate need of a cure
For its illness
A bloodied, beaten Savior
On a cross
Trying to restore God’s favor
To His humanity so lost

It was God’s shout
Of His intense wrath
Against our sin was it about
to gather us back
from down a forbidden path
of our indolent selfishness

So listen to that shout
From a cross now heard
Everywhere
It was His final proof
To deface all doubts
Meant to instill a deeper faith
More holy, more devout
In His loving grace
Shown deeply through the
Beautiful yet human face
Of His Precious Only Child!

So,
Do not deny it
By not listening
Of our spirits
We need a quickening
A re-positioning
To stand up
& listen
& no longer condone
The darkness of
Our own restless sin
