For now,
That's all I know
So where is my permanent
For that,
I must look to the firmament
Over my head

Waiting, 
In earth's stead
Angels,
All manners of 
Heavenly devices
Ah, 
Such relief
They my soul entice
And
Certainly
Will more than suffice

So,
Dare to look up
To an eternal
All powerful God
As upon this
Temporary earth
We all trod
So be Holy
Trust, trust, trust
In God!
Never will He lead you
Astray
Always and forever
He leads to infinity's
More glorious, eternal days!!

Very poor humanly
But
I have you, God
My Holy Lord
I was blessed
Very rich
Spiritually
Beyond these mere words

This earth
Everything you see
Grass, rocks, dirt
Land, air, the sea
All temporary
All to be done away
With
On this subject
You
I do not kid

So,
Live in the Spirit
Commune with God
Pray, meditate
For
His Sovereignty
His Kingship
Ownership
You cannot 
Will not escape!!

evil frights

I struggle to comprehend

Warmth for my soul

Walk forward toward Christ’s love
For never in all of man’s history

Of life it could be said
Mostly is it about
Relationships
So until I reach the end
Of this, my earthly trip
Probably for me
That is the truth

Father, mother
Sisters, brothers
Friends, strangers
You will meet or
Just pass
Along the way
Schools, jobs,
Sidewalks on
Each, every day

But
Of all relationships
There is THE ONE
THE MOST IMPORTANT
Of this let me be
Oh so adamant
And unfortunately
Of all others you have
Within this lost world
It can be
The most discordant
A broken world’s mind
Will fight to destroy 
Your bonds most Divine

It is the one you have
With
Your Creator God 
Your Gracious, Holy Father
And
His Son, Jesus Christ!
Of this, I can be
No more exact or certain
No more precise

Everything down here
On this earth is temporary
Of all our God's great truths
None of them of this fact
Would be the least contrary
So take a few moments
To think of your relationship
With God's eternity
And you too may be allowed
To enter thru heaven's gates
Into Christ's loving infinity!
